ARTful Creatures is a small business based near the village of Pittentrail, in the Highlands of Scotland and run by Lyn Wells. Lyn is a professional artist who produces natural history illustrations for publishers and takes commissions for wildlife paintings and animal portraits. Lyn works in pencil, pen and ink, watercolour and gouache and produces artwork that is both extremely detailed and beautiful to look at. 'The Highlands is an amazing place to live and I am often stunned by the beauty of my surroundings. The wildlife here is always an inspiration! I have a passion for animals in all their forms and I am always striving to capture the unique spirit of my subjects in my work. I have been involved in wildlife conservation for many years and believe we all have a responsibility to protect and preserve the natural world around us.
